Website design & development

Website design that earns its keep.

Websites planned around what your customers need to see, styled in your brand, fast on phones and easy for your team to update, in the languages your customers use.

Where most clients start

Does this sound familiar?

The four things we hear most often before someone asks for a new website. Each one has a straightforward fix.

  • What we hear: We don’t have a website yet, and customers keep asking for one.

    What we do

A focused site that answers what buyers ask before they call — on a domain in your name.

  • What we hear: Our site is embarrassing. We don’t send people there anymore.

    What we do

A design in your brand, approved by you before a line of code is written.

  • What we hear: It is slow, broken on mobile, and invisible on Google.

    What we do

Built mobile-first, tuned for Core Web Vitals, with SEO foundations for every language you publish in.

  • What we hear: Nobody here can update it. Every small change costs money.

WordPress with a simple editor and training for your team.

What’s included

Everything a new website needs, planned from day one.

From the first strategy session to the day we hand the finished site over to your team. The exact pages, languages and integrations for your build are itemised in your fixed written quote.

Fixed-price proposal within 3 business days Scope, sitemap, timeline and price in writing, before anything is built.

  • Strategy session and sitemap

We start with your customers: who they are, what they need to see and the shortest path to an enquiry. You approve the sitemap before design begins.

  • Design in your brand, approved before build

Key pages designed in your brand and reviewed together. Nothing is built until you have signed off the design, so there are no expensive surprises later.

  • WordPress you own

Built on WordPress with Elementor or Breakdance. Domain, hosting and full admin access are in your name, and there is no platform rent.

  • Mobile-first and fast

Designed for phones first, tested on real mobile connections and tuned for Core Web Vitals, because slow pages quietly lose enquiries.

  • Multilingual, built properly

Every language built properly, each with its own URLs, page titles and descriptions, so customers can find you in the language they search in.

  • Forms, booking and CRM

A contact form on every site. Booking, lead forms and CRM or LMS connections on larger builds, so enquiries land where your team already works.

  • SEO foundations

Clean page structure, metadata, XML sitemap, GA4 and Search Console set up at launch, so Google understands the site from day one.

  • Training and handover

Your team is shown how to update pages, photos and news, so everyday changes never have to wait for a developer.

Why WordPress

WordPress, built properly.

WordPress gives you ownership and room to grow. What decides whether it stays fast, secure and easy to edit is how it is built — so here is an honest look at the alternatives.

How a WordPress build compares with website builders and custom code, for a typical business website
Recommended WordPress, our build Wix or Squarespace Custom code
You own the site Can you move it, sell it or take it elsewhere? Yes, fully No, you rent it Yes
Edit it yourself Text, photos, pages and news, without a developer. Yes, with training Yes, limited design Rarely
Monthly platform fee On top of hosting, which every option needs. None Forever None
Multilingual SEO Separate, indexable pages for each language. Strong Limited Depends on builder
Typical cost To design and build a business website. Moderate Lowest Highest

Hosting is paid separately with every option. WordPress and custom code carry no platform licence on top.

  • Only the plugins it needs

Every plugin is a future update and a possible security hole, so we keep the list short and well supported.

  • Edit content, not the layout

Your team changes text, images and pages in a simple editor, while spacing, colours and type stay consistent.

  • Secure from launch day

Firewall, backups and uptime monitoring can be in place from day one — and a care plan keeps it that way.

Three ways to get started.

Starting points, not price tags. After a free call you get a fixed, itemised quote — the price we agree is the price you pay.

FAQ

New website questions.

What people usually ask before commissioning a new website. Anything else, just ask — a real person replies within one business day.

Still have a question?

We reply within one business day.

What do you need from us to get started?

A conversation about your business and customers, your logo and any brand guidelines, and access to your domain if you already have one. Content can come later: once the sitemap is agreed, you get a clear list of what each page needs.

Why WordPress rather than Wix or Squarespace?

Ownership and room to grow. A WordPress site lives on hosting in your name, has no platform fee and can take on bookings, integrations and new languages as you grow. Website builders suit very simple needs, but you rent the site, design freedom is limited and multilingual SEO is harder to do well.

How many design revisions are included?

Launch includes two rounds and Grow includes three. For Corporate builds, the rounds are set in your written proposal to suit the number of page templates. Most changes happen at the design stage, before anything is built — which keeps the build smooth and the price fixed.

Can the site connect to our booking system or CRM?

Usually, yes. Booking, enquiry and lead forms are part of Grow, and CRM or LMS integrations are part of Corporate. Tell us which tools you use on the first call and we will confirm exactly how they connect in your written proposal.

Is SEO included in a new website?

SEO foundations are: clean page structure, fast load times, page titles and descriptions, an XML sitemap, and Google Search Console and GA4 set up at launch. Ongoing work such as regular content is separate — the Growth care plan includes monthly SEO and conversion suggestions.

What happens after launch?

Grow includes one month of post-launch care and Corporate includes three. After that you can look after the site yourself or move to a care plan from THB 1,500 (about USD 45) a month, billed quarterly with no lock-in.
