Website maintenance & care plans

Website maintenance, handled every month.

Updates, regular backups, security and uptime monitoring, with response times written into every plan. Care plans start from THB 1,500 (about USD 45) a month with no lock-in, and small content changes are included from Business.

  • Billed quarterly, no lock-in
  • Response times in writing
  • Sites built elsewhere welcome

Why care matters

What neglect actually costs.

A website is never finished. Left alone, WordPress sites drift out of date — and the bill tends to arrive all at once, at the worst possible moment.

  • Hacks

Outdated plugins are the open door.

Plugins and themes that miss their updates are the usual way into a WordPress site. Recovery means clean-up, restoring, and repairing your Google listing — and it costs far more than prevention.

  • Downtime

Every hour offline goes to a competitor.

Visitors don’t see a warning. They see an error page, go back to Google and contact the next company. Unless someone is watching, you may not even know it happened.

  • Slow decay

Nothing breaks. It just stops working.

Pages get slower, content goes stale, a form quietly stops sending. The site still loads, so nobody notices — until you realise the enquiries have dried up.

Prevention is the cheaper option. A care plan turns all three into routine work that happens quietly in the background.

On every plan

The essentials, covered from day one.

Even Essential, the entry plan, covers the work that keeps a WordPress site safe and online. Business and Growth build on top of it.

  • Core, theme and plugin updates

Applied as releases come out, with a recent backup behind every update so nothing is left broken.

  • Regular backups

Your files and database backed up regularly, ready to restore. Daily off-site backups are available for an extra fee.

  • Security monitoring

Watching for malware and suspicious activity, so problems are caught early — not reported by a customer.

  • Uptime monitoring

Automatic checks that your site is reachable. If it goes down, we are alerted instead of waiting for someone to notice.

  • Hack clean-up included

If the worst happens, we restore from a clean backup, close the entry point and explain what happened in plain language.

  • A person who answers

Response times are written into every plan and treated as promises, not targets. No ticket queues.

Care plans

Three plans. Choose your level of care.

Essential starts from THB 1,500 (about USD 45) a month. Business and Growth are quoted for your site, because the right price depends on how much it does.

  • Essential

For sites that rarely change and simply need to stay safe and online.

How billing works

  • Billed quarterly

Plans are priced monthly and invoiced every three months — one simple bill a quarter.

  • Monthly plans

No long contract to sign. Your plan runs month to month for as long as it is useful.

  • No lock-in

Stop whenever you like. Your website keeps working — it just stops receiving updates, backups and our attention.

  • Your site stays yours

Domain in your name, hosting in your account, full admin access. Nothing is held back if you leave.

Every month

How care works, month after month.

A steady routine instead of a scramble. Here is what happens in the background while you get on with running the business. Select a step to see the detail.

Step 1 of 5 As releases come out Every plan

Updates, applied carefully

WordPress core, your theme and your plugins are kept current. Each update goes on with a fresh backup behind it, so if something misbehaves the site is rolled back — never left broken.

You get Known security holes closed before they are exploited

Step 2 of 5 On a regular schedule Every plan

Regular backups

A full copy of your files and database is saved on a regular schedule, so there is always a recent version to restore. Want a copy every day, stored off-site so a server problem can’t take your backups down with it? That can be added for an extra fee.

You get A recent, clean copy of your site, always

Step 3 of 5 Ongoing Every plan

Security and uptime monitoring

Security monitoring watches for malware and suspicious activity behind a firewall. Uptime monitoring checks the site is reachable and alerts us the moment it isn’t.

You get Problems found by us, not by your customers

Step 4 of 5 When you ask Business and Growth

Small content changes

Send a new photo, a price update or a staff change by email and it is done for you. Anything bigger is quoted first, so there are never surprise charges.

You get An up-to-date website without the admin

Step 5 of 5 Monthly Business and Growth

A plain-language report

A short summary of what was updated, what was checked and anything worth your attention — written for business owners, not developers. On Growth it also covers speed work and SEO and conversion suggestions.

You get Proof the work was done, in words you can forward

Already have a website?

Looking after sites we didn’t build.

Plenty of sites need care long after whoever built them has moved on. That is fine — we simply never take on routine care blind. Three steps, in this order.

  1. 01

    Audit first

We review plugins, themes, user accounts, backups, hosting and speed, then tell you plainly what shape the site is in — including when it is better rebuilt than rescued.

  2. 02

    Fix what’s risky

Urgent issues come first: abandoned plugins, missing backups, stray admin accounts. Work beyond routine care is quoted in writing before anything is touched.

  3. 03

    Then routine care

Once the site is stable, it moves onto the plan that fits — with the same updates, backups and monitoring as a site we built ourselves.

Site past saving? A redesign keeps your domain and Google history — and we will tell you honestly which route makes more sense.

FAQ

Care plan questions.

What people usually ask before handing over the care of their website. Something else on your mind? Just ask.

Still have a question?

We reply within one business day.

What does maintenance include?

Updates, regular backups, and security and uptime monitoring on every plan, with daily off-site backups available for an extra fee. On Business and above, small content changes and a monthly plain-language report. The full checklist is part of your plan agreement.

Do you support websites you did not build?

Yes. We start with an audit, fix anything risky, and then take over routine care. Many care clients arrive with a site someone else built.

What are your response times?

Stated per plan and treated as promises, not targets: within 2 business days on Essential, 1 business day on Business, and same-day on Growth.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

We restore from clean backups, close the entry point and explain what happened in plain language. On a care plan, this is included.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly plans, no lock-in. Your website keeps working if you leave. It simply stops receiving updates, backups and our attention.
